Just as this beautiful butterfly was once a caterpillar, so can we also manifest and change our life’s!
We all want change really if we’re totally honest, unless you want to stand still because change means moving forward, it means improving and checking who we are, the hard part is achieving the change and making it a habit, a lifestyle…..
Whether it be a habit of food, exercise, or thought of mind I find the best way is to just make one small change at a time and practice that for a few weeks so that it becomes habit forming before introducing another change and so hence then not getting too over whelmed or worst still failing with the change, giving up!!

This amazing picture shows the change that hasn’t happened overnight, the seasons take time just as any change in your lifestyle or mind takes time.
• Always visualise your goal in your mind. • Be realistic.
• Be patient.
• Be kind to yourself still though.
• Be determined.
• Be organised.
• Always be mindful.
• Expect failure but try again, don’t give up.
• Keep positive, combat the negative.
These are some of my methods, simple yet they are really helpful, the most important being in my opinion is realistic and mindful always. The true power of the mind is really all you ever need. It’s like a muscle keep practising and it will become stronger…..
Not forgetting the very important gut feeling, the heart.
Without your heart in anything you’ll never achieve a result. So don’t start trying to change if really you don’t want it……
Start tomorrow, make that decision whatever it is that you are unhappy with in your life, remember you are the only one who has the power to change it.
