Life can change in a second….

Only recently life has played it’s cards again and taken me by surprise, not all for the good I hasten to add but sometimes those difficult changes make eventually for a happier existence……

My son often points out to me key things that I do miss because sometimes I have a tendency to over think…
Young adults can have an uncanny wisdom that is surprising I often find.

Catastrophe can strike without warning!

My father has played an incredible important role in my children’s life’s and he pointed out to my son only a day before my son fell foul to a displaced wrist while playing tennis and falling a few years ago…
That life can change in a blink of an eye, without our control and that we have to be ready for those occurrences, but not live in fear but moreover learn and grow and fundamental we need to embrace the moment….
The irony always seems that we are often made aware of things only for them to then happen…
My message and point here is though that life can change in a second, and totally out of our control.
Who hasn’t experienced life being happy, calm, running to plan when suddenly out of the blue a catastrophe occurs!!!

You know, life fractures us all into little pieces. It harms us, but it’s how we glue those fractures back together that make us stronger.

So really we must expect sudden catastrophes but it’s how we repair and learn from such life’s experiences that really shape our future.

Easter is my favourite time of the year, its a time for reflection and new beginnings so
Happy Easter to you all and remember anything can happen in this life of ours….
